I thank the honourable member for her question and her interest in what is a fine initiative by the Barnett Liberal–National government. (1)–(3) The processes the member has outlined are being supervised by the government procurement area in the Department of Finance. In terms of the actual implementation of the 15 per cent and the tracking of the various elements that the member asked about, we will monitor that and provide information when the information is available. If the member wants to ask a more specific question about any of the dollar amounts and where they have gone, she can do so.
