(2) When, and in what format, was it received by - (a) the minister’s department; (b) the minister’s office? (3) Will the minister provide me with a copy of any covering or transmittal letter or e-mail that came with the document and table the same in the House? I thank the member for some notice of this question. (1) Tabled paper No 468 was written by Asymptote Consulting. It was prepared as a working paper between May and July 2002. (2) (a) The information contained in tabled paper No 468 was conveyed to the Perth Urban Rail Development Office between May and July 2002. The report was received by the Perth Urban Rail Development Office in July 2002 and was in the same format as the tabled document. (b) The office of the Minister for Planning and Infrastructure first received tabled paper No 468 immediately prior to its being tabled in the House, and it was in the same format as the tabled document. (3) There is no record of any covering letter, transmittal or e-mail. (4) The only change in the document from the time of its receipt by the Perth Urban Rail Development Office in July 2002 and its tabling in the Legislative Assembly was the inclusion of a footer to each page to identify the paper as a working paper in respect of the Perth Urban Rail Development Supplementary Master Plan. This change was made on 5 July 2002.
