(1) Has the report into the Floreat tragedy
been completed?
(2) Has any aspect of the report into the Floreat
tragedy been released to any individual, including any member of the
media?
(3) If no to (2),
are the details of the report printed in the 22 August edition of The West
Australian accurate?
(4) If no to (2),
how were the details of the report printed in the 22 August edition of The
