I refer to efficiency indicator 4 as reported on in the Disability Services Commission Annual Report 2013-14 , and I ask: (a) in 2013-14, how many projects deemed successfully completed had achieved between 50 and 60 per cent of their outcomes; (b) how many projects deemed successfully completed had achieved between 90 and 100 per cent of their outcomes; and (c) how many projects were deemed successfully completed in 2013-14?
