representing the Minister for Environment:
I refer to the ministerial statement

(1) Did the
minister seek the advice of the Wetlands Coordinating Committee before revoking
these three important environmental protection policies?
(2) If yes to (1), what advice did the minister receive?
(3) If no to
(1), why did the minister not seek the advice of this ministerial advisory
committee before making such a major decision?
(4) How many times a year has the Wetlands Coordinating
Committee met in the period 2009–15?
(5) Will the
minister table a copy of the advice that he received from the Environmental
