or grievances relating to bullying by managers associated with the Art Gallery
of WA, and: (a) if
yes, how many complaints or grievances: (i) when
were complaints or grievances lodged; and (ii) what
were the bullying behaviours reported in the complaints or grievances; (b) has
there been any training on how to prevent bullying for managers at the
Art Gallery of WA: (i) if
yes, on what dates; and (ii) did
any Art Gallery of WA managers not attend the training sessions and list how
many; (c) how
many complaints or grievances required action to be taken: (i) please
list all actions taken and the dates on which the action occurred; (d) has
WorkSafe investigated any claims of workplace bullying in the Art

were the outcomes of the WorkSafe investigations; and (e) were
