EARLY YEARS COLLABORATIVE PROJECT TEAM
I refer to question without notice 956, asked and answered on 2 November. Can the Premier indicate which school sites or geographic areas where children require more intervention and support have been identified, and are progressing, for the construction of early childhood centres, excluding the five federally funded Indigenous family and children centres at Kununurra, Halls Creek, Fitzroy Crossing, Roebourne, and the Swan region, and the four federally funded early learning and care centres in Karratha, Darch, Mirrabooka, and an area yet to be finalised? I thank the member for some notice of this question. The Early Years Collaborative Project Team identified broad key objectives, possible options, and criteria for selection of site-based approaches to improve coordination and collaboration of the early years services to improve outcomes. The Early Years Collaborative Project Team did not identify school sites or geographic areas where children require more intervention.
