(1) No.
(a) Fisheries are dynamic systems and, as such, changes to the environment, fish stocks, and fishing effort may occur. Therefore, changes to management may be needed from time to time.
(2) There is no proposal before me at the moment to change netting arrangements in the Peel Harvey Estuary. I understand that Recfishwest and the Western Australian Fishing Industry Council are examining resource sharing arrangements in the Peel Harvey Estuary and during this process netting arrangements may be discussed.
