(1) I refer the Minister to the Masterplan released in January 2001, for redevelopment of the two coastal sites, Wedge and Grey; and Labor’s commitment to the shack owners to extend their leases past 30
June 2001, if a preferred developer had not been selected by that date, and ask what is the current time frame for the preferred developer to be selected?
(2) If that is not going to be before 30 June, 2001, will the Government confirm its commitment to the shack owners?
