(c) budgeted costs of these projects and programmes, including non-State funding such as AUSAID, the Indonesian Government, etc; and

Department of Agriculture and Food
(a) The Department has a technical agreement with the Government of East Java on dairy industry cooperation.
(b) Ongoing programmes and individual projects involving Western Australia and Indonesia are as follows:
· The Department is working with Indonesian tempe manufacturers to develop a new version of tempe made 30% from lupins and 70% from soya bean.
· The Department has developed a proposal for technical cooperation with Indonesia to develop Western Australian wheat for the bread market.
· The Department is leading an ACIAR funded project to assist Indonesia develop their potato industry through the supply of Western Australian-grown seed potatoes and technical assistance and training.
· The Department is also leading another ACIAR funded project on the management of fruit quality and pest infestation on mango and mangosteen to meet technical market access requirements.
· In addition, the Department is a collaborator on other ACIAR funded projects including:
1. Linking vegetable farmers with markets in West and Central Java, Indonesia
2. The development of a national surveillance system for classical swine fever, avian influenza, and foot and mouth disease in Indonesia
3. Livestock movement and managing disease in eastern Indonesia and eastern Australia
· The Department co-funds a food and beverage specialist in the Western Australian Trade Office Jakarta.
(c) Budgeted costs of these projects and programmes as follows:
· Technical Agreement on Dairy Cooperation -  DAFWA  $18,000
· ACIAR potato / brassica project budget - ACIAR $1.85million
(DAFWA $350,000, Indonesian Govt $100,000 plus contributions from other state research partners)
· ACIAR mango-mangosteen project budget - ACIAR $1.5million (DAFWA $275,000 Indo Govt $100,000 plus contributions from other state research partners)
· Food and Beverage Specialist WATO Jakarta - DAFWA  $30,000
