1) Details of the proposed residential concept are available from the website

, on the notice board near the shopping precinct in Gracetown or via LandCorp's e-shots emailed to those who sign up to its mailing list. Details of the tourism site are not as advanced as the residential site. However, a conceptual site layout is currently being prepared by LandCorp's consultant team and should be available by the end of June.

(3) Consultation with the Gracetown Tennis Club has not yet taken place directly due to the early stage of the proposed tourism development. Currently there is no plan for a tourism development over the area where the tennis courts are located.
