Unlike the former Liberal-National government, the Cook Labor Government has committed to ambitious targets for social and affordable housing and has met all delivery targets.
The State Government has a rolling program of works through which projects are delivered, allowing for complications with particular sites – such as constrained sites and build costs – to be worked through and resolved without significant disruption.
The information requested by the Honourable Member would require a review of individual files over a period of nearly a decade and is not considered a reasonable use of government resources.
