NORTH METROPOLITAN
HEALTH SERVICE BOARD — MEMBERSHIP — RESIGNATION LETTERS
628. Mr S.K. L'ESTRANGE to the Minister for Health:
I have a supplementary question.
Given that the minister shares the views of one of the board members about
transparency, as he just said, will the minister commit to tabling the findings
of his own inquiry into the North Metropolitan Health Service?

I did not say I had concerns around
transparency. I said I had concerns around the performance of the board.
Alluding to that particular board member's letter, maybe that board
member shared my concerns; I do not know. Regarding the inquiries into what
changes I need to see at that board, both through the Public Sector Commission
and the changes it is making itself, I will seek advice from the State
Solicitor on each of those and provide the information that it thinks is
prudent to maintain transparency and openness.
