parliamentary secretary representing the Minister for Transport:
I refer to the closure of Newman Airport on 25 November 2013.
(1) Has the problem that caused the airport to close been
rectified?
(2) If yes to (1), how was it rectified and by whom?
(3) If no to (1), why not, and who is responsible for fixing
it?
(4) Given that flights are currently scheduled, is the airport
now safe?
