I thank the honourable member for some notice of the
question. The following answer has been provided by the Minister for Energy
and Decarbonisation and I answer on behalf of the
Leader of the House.
(1) A total of 24.
(2) It is Energy Policy WA, within the Department
of Energy and Economic Diversification. The assessment will inform the final
version of the Electricity Industry (Alternative Electricity Services)
Regulations 2025.
(3) Non-confidential submissions will be
published on the department's website in due course.
(4) The assessment of the submissions is
to be included in a report accompanying the finalised Electricity Industry
(Alternative Electricity Services) Regulations 2025 that will be released
following ministerial approval.
