(a) - (c) In redeveloping the former Carine TAFE site, LandCorp and its private sector development partner will comply with the Western Australian Planning Commission planning policy and the City of Stirling Town Planning Scheme requirements in the provision of public open space. I confirm a decision on the location of any public open space will be determined as part of the community consultation and structure planning processes
