(2) The Statement of Corporate Intent was delivered to the Minister's Office on 23 June 2006 by the Forest Products Commission with a request that the Minister forward the document to the Treasurer for his concurrence.The SCI was forwarded to the Treasurer on 27 June 2006. (3) There is no disagreement.In accordance with the Forest Products Act 2000 following the Treasurer's concurrence of the Statement of Corporate Intent (SCI) the Forest Products Commission (FPC) seeks the endorsement of the Minister. However due to an administrative oversight this did not occur until 2 November 2006. The Statement of Corporate Intent was endorsed by the Minister on 3 November and was tabled in Parliament on 14 November 2006. (4) Not applicable.
