(b) how many of these tenants are 55 years or older;
(c) how many of these tenants are housed in a property with:
(i) one bedroom;

(iii) three bedrooms; and
(iv) four or more bedrooms?

The Department of Housing advises:
(a) As at 31 May 2012, 16 294 tenancies have a single declared occupant.
(b) 11 589 of these tenants are 55 years or older.
(c) Of the total single occupant tenancies:
(i) 7474.  Of these, 79 are bedsitter properties where bedroom is amalgamated with lounge.
(ii) 6277
(iii) 2449
(iv) 94
