(1) Yes.
(2) Not applicable.
(3) The Department of Conservation and Land Management conducted road improvement works in autumn 2003 that included regravelling sections of Denny Road. A component of this work was the dumping of gravel that has since been spread over the road surface.
(4) In 2001 approximately $12,000, in 2002 approximately $23,000 and in 2003 approximately $29,000 was spent on upgrade and maintenance. It is anticipated that between $25,000 and $30,000 will be spent annually on Denny Road over the next three years.
(5) The road can be used by two wheel drive vehicles with due caution to the prevailing road conditions.
