(3) The Group will include an independent chair, appointed by the Minister, representation from the six peak seniors' organisations, a representative from the Western Australian Local Government Association (WALGA) and five individual representatives, two from the metropolitan area and three from regional Western Australia.

(5) Peak seniors' organisations and the Western Australian Local Government Association (WALGA) will be asked to provide nominations and the Department of the Premier and Cabinet's Interested Persons Registry will be checked.

(7) The Group will report to the Minister every two months and as needed.
