Perth entertainment and sporting precinct
448. Hon Steve Martin to
the parliamentary secretary representing the Minister
for Transport:
I refer to the alliance
contract tender 109/24 for the Perth entertainment and sporting precinct
project tendered by Main Roads Western Australia and awarded to Aurecon, Civmec
and Seymour Whyte.
(1) Can the minister confirm that schedule
8 of the final project alliance development agreement contains the basis for
development, design and construction of the PESP project?
(2) Can the minister confirm that schedule
8 and parts of schedule 6 of the agreement are contained on an external USB
drive and not publicly accessible?
(3) Why was that put on a USB device and
not published for the public in the Tenders WA documents?
(4) Will the minister table all documents
on that USB drive in this Parliament and, if not, why not?

I thank the
honourable member for some notice of the question. I provide the following
answer on behalf of the Minister for Transport.
(1)–(4) Schedule 8 and the parts of schedule 6
were too large for inclusion in the executed project alliance development
agreement.
