In the context of savings measures announced in the mid-year review and with reference to the Public Sector Commission Circular No.2009-23, relating to substantive equality, can the Minister please advise how all new policies and/or major initiatives in the agencies/departments under their jurisdiction will be assessed for their impact on disadvantaged groups?
