MEMBER FOR JOONDALUP — INFRINGEMENT WITHDRAWAL ALLEGATION
I refer to the member for Joondalup’s alleged attempt to use his position to have an infringement against his daughter withdrawn. (1) Have the reviews in relation to this incident been finalised — (a) if so, what were the outcomes in relation to the fine being withdrawn and the allegations of improper behaviour by the revenue protection officer; and (b) if not, when are the reviews expected to be finalised? (2) Will the results and documents relating to the incident be tabled? (3) Does the minister support the actions of the revenue protection officer involved? Hon ADELE FARINA
