DANGEROUS
SEX OFFENDERS — GPS TRACKING DEVICES
199. Mr P. PAPALIA to the
Minister for Corrective Services:
I have a supplementary question. Has the minister just
confirmed that he has no idea how many breaches there were by dangerous serial
sex offenders in this state over the past 12 months; and, if there were, he has
no idea about how many of those individuals were sent back to jail? Is that
what he is saying?

The member referred to three DSOs; I do not know which three
he is talking about. If he wants to tell me which three he is talking about, I
will seek advice from the Department of Corrective Services.
