(1) For the period 10 March 2008 to 9 March 2009, Transperth's Customer Comment Line received 11 complaints relating to the failure of a bus to connect to a scheduled train service.
(2) The incidents of buses not connecting to a scheduled train service occurred at the following train stations:
Clarkson - 1 complaint
Whitfords - 2 complaints
Stirling - 1 complaint
Thornlie - 2 complaints
Canning Bridge - 1 complaint
Bullcreek - 1 complaint
Rockingham - 1 complaint
Mandurah - 2 complaints
