(1) Will the Minister detail the provisions of the agreement in place between the Western Australian State Government and Rio Tinto Iron Ore (Robe River Mining) in reference to the company’s obligations to maintain the Pannawonica Primary School building and facilities and teacher accommodation at Pannawonica?
(2) What are the obligations outlined in this agreement for Rio Tinto’s Robe River Mining Company in reference to any necessary additional Pannawonica school facilities?
(3) Will the Minister table a copy of the governing agreement or lease that details these arrangements between the Western Australian Government and Rio Tinto Iron Ore (Robe River Mining); and
(a) if not, why not?
