710. Hon ROBIN CHAPPLE to the parliamentary secretary
representing the Minister for Health:
I refer to the Radiological Council
and its reporting requirements, particularly in relation to the annual reports.
(1) Given that no
annual reports have been tabled in Parliament since 2012, can the minister
advise whether he received those reports for each year from 2013 to the
present?
(2) Will the
minister please table the annual reports of the Radiological Council from 2013
to the most recently available year?
(3) Can the minister advise when the 2019 report will
be made available on the Radiological Council's website?

(1) Reports have
been provided to the minister by the Radiological Council and all reports are
available on the Radiological Council website.
(2) The Radiation
Safely Act 1975 does not mandate that the Radiological Council reports are
tabled in Parliament; however, I table the reports.

(3) The 2019
report is available now on the Radiological Council's website, and is
contained in the reports I have just tabled.
