(1)(a-b) All weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports have been submitted throughout the agreement period.
(c) The annual data extract has been provided as well as a nightly extract as per appendix B of the agreement.
(d) No separate reports have been applicable relevant to clause 3.10(g). Compliance with clinical practice guidelines per clause 3.10(g)(vii) is contained within the monthly report as referred to in clause 3.10(b).
(2-3)There is a significant volume of reports and these are used for operational purposes by the Department of Health. If the Member has a specific query relating to the reports, I would be happy to respond to this query.
