(1)(a)-(2) The Mitchell Freeway Strategic Business case of 2012 was a project scoping document which was the result of a community consultative process.
The Perth Freight Link, Forrestfield Airport Rail Link and MAX light rail business cases were prepared for Cabinet consideration.
