A Building Condition Assessment (BCA) of each public school was undertaken in the second half of 2013. The BCA process identifies and prioritises the maintenance items, including minor non-urgent work.
a. At the time of inspection in 2013, the estimated value of identified maintenance at Arbor Grove Primary School was $44,242, ranging from Priority 1 to Priority 9.
b. Please refer to tabled paper.
c. Since the 2013 BCA was undertaken, $211,113 has been spent on maintenance at the school.  Routine maintenance and breakdown repairs will be undertaken on a needs basis.
d. Not applicable.
