2(a) The Department combines its car detailing and washing payments and therefore a breakdown is unavailable. The total cost for commercial car washing and detailing for fleet vehicles was $27 916.

2(c) Various companies throughout the State are engaged to commercially clean fleet vehicles. These include, 'Intework Inc' a flexible and innovative specialist employement and training service for people with disabilities and others who experience disadvantages in accessing the open employment market.
