SHIRE OF HARVEY — GUIDED DEVELOPMENT SCHEME
981. Hon BEN DAWKINS to the minister representing the
Minister for Planning:
I refer to my question asked earlier
today regarding the Binningup Lakewood Shores guided development scheme and
further refer the minister to the City of Canning's Scheme review
report dated May 2016.
(1) Can infrastructure contributions not delivered
during the term of a guided development scheme be carried forward into a
new planning scheme, as reflected halfway down page 3 of the City of Canning's Scheme review report ?
(2) Can the
minister please consider recommending that the outstanding contributions from
developers that relate to the golf course under the provisions of the Shire of
Harvey's planning scheme 12 be rolled into the Shire of Harvey's
proposed local planning scheme 2?

The following response has been
provided by the Minister for Planning.
(1)–(2) The
City of Canning's guided development scheme review document has no
correlation to the Binningup guided development scheme. The minister refers the
member to previous responses provided to him on this matter.
