Further to my question on notice 213 of 13 September 2001 - (1) (a) Which of the wastes that were removed from the Waste Control Pty Ltd site in Bellevue and taken to the Brookdale liquid waste treatment facility were treated, and by what methods were they treated; and (b) were there appropriate licences for each treated waste material? (2) By what method was the contaminated fire water from the Waste Control site treated at the Brookdale plant? (3) In regard to the other facilities that handled waste from the Waste Control site - (a) where is Environmental Recovery Services situated; and (b) what class of waste is the South Cardup landfill site licensed to accept, and was contaminated soil analysed prior to its disposal?
