That is a contractual arrangement into which St John Ambulance is attempting to enter. As part of the normal contractual negotiations, the issue will be examined. That proposition has been on the books of St John Ambulance for about three years. On the first occasion it was approached by the minister in the previous Government - he knew full well about that matter - and there was no suggestion that the previous Government would enter into the deal.
