All schools are required to monitor the outcomes of Indigenous students in their self-assessment processes and to develop plans for improvement. These plans are presented to the School Council and overseen by the local Director of Schools. Individual documented plans are required for all students at educational risk and parents are encouraged to be involved in the development and monitoring of these plans.
