I refer to the RAC 'Risky Roads Survey 2024/25', and the results in relation to the top 10 risky intersections in regional Western Australia, and I ask: (a) for the Nancarrow Way and Pinjarra Road intersection in Ravenswood: (i) how many serious crashes occurred at or near the area in 2024; (ii) how many fatal crashes occurred at or near the area in 2024; and (iii) noting that the intersection also appeared in the 2022 'Risky Roads' summary, what steps have been taken, or are being planned, to remediate risk along the identified area?

iii)  This intersection is ranked at 1,161 on Main Roads State Casualty Crash Ranking report. Main Roads monitors crash data, along with traffic volumes and community feedback, to determine the needs and priorities for improvements on the State Road network.
