The Main Roads Western Australia Annual Report 2012 provides a performance scorecard which shows in multiple areas of Main Roads responsibilities, including Road Safety, Road Efficiency and Management, and State Development very low percentages of contracts being completed on time were recorded, can the Minister please explain why there was such a decline in the number of Main Roads projects being completed on time?
