(2) Two meetings on 17 August 2009, one at 3pm and the other at 3.30pm.
(3) The 3pm meeting was to discuss the Victims of Crime Reference Group. The 3.30pm meeting was to discuss property rights.
(4) No other people were present at the 3pm meeting. My diary notes indicate that there were other people present at the 3.30pm meeting as noted in (5) below.
(5) Glen McLeod (Minter Ellison), Gary Snook (former Shadow Minister for Property Rights), Jim Thomson (State Solicitor's Office) and Lyn Genoni (Deputy to Peter Conran).
