CLIMATE CHANGE POLICY
569. Hon TIM CLIFFORD to the Minister for Environment:
I refer to the answer to my question
without notice 548 yesterday, and to page 570 of budget paper No 2, which
states that the state climate policy will be completed by early 2020.
(1) Will the minister confirm
whether the expected completion date stated in the budget is correct?
(2) Can the
minister please explain why the expected completion date has been delayed,
after earlier announcements that the policy would be completed by the end of
2019?
