Smiths Beach development
230. Ms Libby Mettam to
the Minister for Planning and Lands:
I have a
supplementary question. Can the minister confirm that approving this
development on crown land would allow the developer to bypass the 100-year
setback requirements?

AnswerView source ↗

Again, I am not the decision-maker on this process.
There is a WA Planning Commission that will consider all advice, including
from relevant government agencies, and then make a decision.
