I will invite the member to join me at a major seniors function and he can explain to them how we have betrayed them on public transport and I will say how the Liberal–National government, through free public transport and the fuel card in country areas, has done more in a tangible way to help seniors to be able to travel. I suggest that as a new member of Parliament he get up to speed and ask sensible questions. It is a great policy. Several members interjected. Mr C.J. BARNETT : The member should not use the word “lie” in this house. The next time I am invited to a seniors event I will issue a personal invitation to the member for Gosnells to come along and complain about free seniors travel.
