The Mayor, Chief Executive Officer and Town Planning representative of the City of Gosnells were helpful, offered their assistance and sought further briefings for the Council at a later date.
The Mayor, Chief Executive Officer and Town Planning representative of the City of Swan were cautious in relation to the location of the centre and the constraints of the Swan Valley Planning Act 1995. However, they also offered assistance.
