I
refer to the planned Ocean Reef Marina Development and the community access to
the shared path through the dunes in that location, and I ask: (a) when
will the community lose access to some or all of the shared use path in the
development envelope; (b) will an alternative pathway be provided that
does not disturb bushland not already slated for destruction as part of this
development; and (c) will
the shared path be integrated as an essential part of the design of the marina?
