I refer to
the Western Australian State Government agreement (the Agreement) with Senator
Hon Nigel Scullion that saw the States take on responsibility for municipal
and essential services in remote Indigenous communities in 2014. The Agreement
is contained in correspondence exchanged between Ministers only and has not
been publicly released, and I ask: (a) will the Minister table the Agreement and/or ministerial correspondence in which the Agreement is contained; (b) if no to (a), why not; and (c) why does the Minister hold the view that these documents should not be publicly released?
