QUEEN ELIZABETH MEDICAL PRECINCT
I ask this question on behalf of Hon Simon O’Brien. I refer to the proposed redevelopment of the Queen Elizabeth medical precinct to accommodate the functions of the Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre, Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, Royal Perth Hospital, Princess Margaret Hospital for Children and King Edward Memorial Hospital. (1) What assessments have been carried out to identify transport needs for the development and its integration with the local community and existing transport links, including key transport corridors, public transport requirements, parking for patients and staff, and traffic management generally? (2) Will the minister provide a copy of the reports of the assessments referred to in part (1)? Hon KATE DOUST

On behalf of the parliamentary secretary representing the Minister for Planning and Infrastructure, unfortunately, there does not appear to be a response to that very good question. I hope we will be able to provide one soon.
