In relation to the Department of Housing's
Application for Rental Housing
form which asks applicants whether they wish to be considered for a community housing property:
(a) are applicants who select this option dual listed, that is, do they remain on the Homeswest wait-list while also being referred to the community housing sector;
(b) are applicants made aware of the difference between Department of Housing rental agreement conditions and community housing rental agreement conditions when they select this option;
(c) how many applicants for Department of Housing rentals have been referred by the Department to the community housing sector; and
(d) does the Department of Housing have a preference to refer its rental applicants to the community housing sector?
