I refer to the report to the Minister for Corrective Services on Mr Marlon Noble by Robert Cock, QC, and the reference to a separate internal inquiry conducted by the Department of Corrective Services. (1) As a result of the internal inquiry, have any staff faced disciplinary action? (2) If no to (1), why not? (3) Will the minister please table the report from the internal inquiry?
