(2) How many applications were received for the scheme?
(3) How many of these applications were received by 18 September 2009, and how many of these were successful?
(4) How many of these applications were received after 18 September 2009, and how many of these were successful?
(5) How many applications were made under the grounds of extenuating circumstances?
(6) What conditions had to be met for an application to be deemed an extenuating circumstance?
(7) What was the allocated budget for this scheme, and will any of this allocation be unused, or has it been over-subscribed?

(4) 7 applications were received after 18 September 2009, none were successful.

(6) Conditions for extenuating circumstances:
· Applicants must have made a commitment with an installer, between 6 September 2008 and 2 June 2009, to purchase a system; and
· The Office of Energy must have received, by 18 September 2009, a written request from the applicant to be considered under extenuating circumstances.
(7) The allocated budget was $13.309m, which included a budget allocation of $812,000 in 2008 - 09. Some of the remaining amount, after the commitment of the HRES payments is met, will be used in the implementation of the net feed-in tariff scheme, with the remainder unused.
