The following answer concerns Albany Hospital patients whose residence is within the Great Southern region, excluding Albany.
(1) Regarding inpatient separations, in 2015 56 patients had separated from Albany Hospital following transfer from another hospital (56 patients accounted for 65 separations).
Regarding outpatient referrals, in 2015 there was 4,482 referrals and 2,695 patients.
(2) In relation to (1), the most common reasons for transfers and referrals were as follows.
