without notice 852 asked on Tuesday, 11 October 2022 and
Western Power’s “review of the rural supply allocations of 32-amp single phase
240 volt connections utilising available advanced metering infrastructure”,
with the findings and recommendations due to be reported to the Minister by the
end of September 2022, with a briefing for the Minister to be completed the week of the 11,
October, and I ask: (a) on what date was the Minister briefed; (b) if the briefing has not occurred, why not; (c) will the Minister table a copy of the findings and
recommendations from Western Power; and (d) if no to (c), why not?

a) Western Power provided briefing notes regarding its review on 3 and 19 October 2022, and briefed the Minister on 11 October 2022

d) To date, a desktop review has been completed. A trial, to further investigate the feasibility of increasing the regional standard supply allocation, has now been initiated and will run until 31 March 2023. Final findings and recommendations will be provided to the Minister after the trial results have been analysed.
